This side entry style cottage is our most economical model and features a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath.

Sea Horse comes with a 100 square foot open deck or patio for sunning yourself, having a cookout or enjoying the fresh Maine air (option depends on site location and site conditions). The open floor plan gives you convenient access to your living, dining and cooking areas.
