This quaint side entry cottage has been redesigned for Phase 2 to provide an expanded porch and better flow to the kitchen and living room area. The Sand Dollar R now features a 140 square foot farmer's porch accessible from a set of sliding glass doors off the living room.

The farmer's porch can be upgraded to an optional sun room as shown in the plans below, to provide you with a large area to entertain your family and friends.

There are many options available to you to add at the time of purchase or working with the developer in the field. Our dual heat / central air package can ensure you are comfortable regardless of what the Maine weather brings.
