Greetings from the Beach Dreams Community!

It's been a while, but here we are approaching another wonderful season at Beach Dreams Community! We hope all of you have had a great off season and are anxiously waiting for the beach season to arrive. We have been busy updating the information on the web site and getting ready for a new season, so be sure to visit our web site for new information. Just a note about the web site: if you have bookmarked www.beachdreams.biz, that domain name is no longer available. Please change your bookmarks to www.beach-dreams.com.

We are excited about what is happening at our project. To date, we have sold 200 Beach Dreams Cottages and we currently have several units on the market for those who want to take advantage of our ideal summer community. Construction of Beach Dreams Cottages Phase 2 is nearing completion. Our newest community, Lighthouse Commons, is now underway. More about Lighthouse Commons later.

Imagine Real Estate

In case you haven't heard, there is now a real estate office operating on premise to handle all the sales, both new and resale, within the Beach Dreams Community. We are dedicated to customer service and we believe that having our own office will benefit all of our owners and potential owners. Introducing Light House Commons

If you have looked around the Web site recently, you will notice a new community called Lighthouse Commons. Lighthouse Commons is a community being developed that extends our community with year round get-aways and residential town homes. These villages are designed to provide the utmost comfort whether you visit often or live there permanently. One village called Sea Cove Village will be comprised of units arranged in single, duplex and quad (4) unit offerings with both front and side entries. These units are available for year round access and use with no one stay more than 28 days. The second village called Acadia Village will contain two and three bedroom townhouses that are zoned for residential living. If you are in love with Wells and wish to live here year round, these town homes are for you.

As we did with Beach Dreams Cottages, we will be offering many options to outfit your unit to your tastes. In addition, all units in Light House Commons will have the option of a single car garage, a necessary luxury in snowy New England. Condo Association News

The Beach Dreams Condo Association is moving forward with a contract to apply a preservative to all exposed wood on the exterior of the units and decks as soon as spring breaks. We are also finalizing an agreement with a contractor that will install gutters on units for a fee. Owners will be receiving a notice in the mail with instructions on how to sign up for making these investments on their cottage.

Member’s Area of the Web Site

We have created a member’s area on the Web site that will house owner-specific information, including the condo documents, forms, events calendar and other correspondence that is relevant to the owners. Each owner has a unique user name and password. These can be obtained by calling the sales office and requesting your login information.

The Social Committee

The Social Committee has been hard at work this past fall and winter. They have published the Social Calendar for the season on the Beach Dreams Web site in the member area. Copies are also posted in the sales office with Gail. Drop by and pick up a copy for your use.

Besides having planned a great season for 2007, the committee has hired a Social Director to help out on a day to day basis on site. They are also in the process of hiring an activities director to cater to the kids on site offering a full array of daily activities! Stay tuned for more information on this great development.
