Greetings from Beach Dreams Cottages!

It’s a busy spring for us at Beach Dreams and it won’t be long before you are coming back for another wonderful season relaxing and playing in Wells, Maine. We have some updates and events planned and we want to be sure you have enough notice to get them into your schedule.

Hope all of you have kept tabs on our Web site. We now have a small photo gallery for the Starfish and Sea Castle cottages that just adds to the appeal of these wonderful units. Note the sunroom of the Sea Castle cottage in the picture on page 2 – what a wonderful place to have breakfast and get ready for the daily activities. For me, however, I prefer the laid back nature of the sunroom in the Starfish Cottage above. It just makes me want a margarita, lounge back and watch the sunset. Whatever your preference, Beach Dreams Cottages has just the vacation cottage for you.

Progress Report

Spring has been cruising along and sales stay steady! We are closing in on 60 sales in Phase 2 as spring continues to bloom at Beach Dreams. For those of you thinking about spending the summer here with us, we have less than 25 units left in Phase 2 and then they are all gone!

We’ve made a few changes in our Phase 2 plans. Space over our restaurant is being converted to five (5) one bedroom hotel condominiums! These special units include a full kitchen, living area and come fully furnished. We are hoping for all final approvals in hand for a late spring delivery. These units are available year round but limited to a 28 consecutive day use. What a wonderful place to go for a weekend getaway, anytime during the year! Our new models have arrived! We now have the Sea Horse model completed and have both styles of the Neptune on site with introductory pricing. Come and visit us to see our new styles and tour the property with the Developer or your broker. Select units are now available directly through the Developer. Mark your calendars! Our season formally opens May 1st! Welcome home to Beach Dreams and we are looking forward to seeing all of you!

Memorial Day Weekend we have wonderful activities planned:

• Saturday May 27th – Introductory poolside party sponsored by the Developer. Join us and dance the night away at Beach Dreams! Catered Beach Party includes seafood and steaks from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Entertainment included! Meet your neighbors and start the season off right.

Owner Notes

We need to provide you with picture identification cards. Please call Gail in our Sales Offices 207.646.6500 sometime in May to make an appointment. Our gate is going to be installed the first week of May and fully functional before the Memorial Day weekend.

With our season fast approaching, we have been working with the water district to install as many water meters and test the water quality at Beach Dreams. Hopefully all units will have access to quality water when the season starts on May 1st. Please be sure you are up-to-date with your Association Dues payments and you have paid any outstanding fees to the Water District. Our progress is dependent on having all accounts current.

Our grassed areas around the units are still taking root and are sensitive to wear and tear. Please protect these areas around your unit as the season starts so that the landscaping we completed last year can flourish!
