A Year Round Getaway

Welcome to our newest village option in our Beach Dreams Community. Light House Commons is uniquely planned to provide a comfortable get-away for year round enjoyment.

Like Beach Dreams Cottages, Light House Commons will be arranged in villages. The number of units in each of the villages will range from intimate 3 unit villages to the more social 12 unit village to provide our members the atmosphere they desire.

Light House Commons will be comprised of two types of villages designed to provide the utmost comfort for you. The first will be comprised of units arranged in single, duplex and quad (4) unit offerings with both front and side entries, available for year round access and use with no one stay more than 28 days. The second type of village will contain two and three bedroom townhouses that are zoned for residential living. If you are in love with Wells and wish to live here year round, these town homes are for you.

We will be offering many options as we have with Beach Dreams Cottages to outfit your unit to your tastes. In addition, all units in Light House Commons will have the option of a single car garage, a necessary luxury in snowy New England.

Currently we have Sea Cove Village, a quaint 5 unit complex designed for those who want a place to go and relax any time of the year, and Acadia Village, 3 town homes for those who wish to never leave Wells.
