The following information will help you fill out the order form and select the choices and options available at this present time. We have strived to make your decisions easy and the options plentiful for you and your family!

With the overwhelming demand for our units, Phase 2 cottages are very close to being sold out and we have started our Lighthouse Commons Community is underway. Please review the information on Lighthouse Commons should you have interest in a year round unit. Prices and options are subject to change. What you get with each cottage

Our units are built upon foundations. They are not placed on the ground or on piers. Our engineers have designed a unique system which provides us with a minimal disturbance of the earth and a structurally strong foundation. Each unit rests approximately 24” above the ground surrounding your cottage. There is a cement floor under the unit which allows workers or you to enter under the building should the need arise. It also provides you with a storage area for your surf- boards, kayaks and beach toys!

Included in your cottage is an in home stereo system built into the kitchen wall, which includes a cassette player, AM/FM receiver and CD player. Speakers are installed in the kitchen and living room areas.

All roofs are finished in architectural grade shingles, the color is Estate Gray to match your color choices below and provide continuity in your village.

Carpet Options

Carpet is included in the base price of the Cottage. You may choose one color only from our samples for installation or you can decide to omit carpeting from the designated areas and choose either a hardwood package listed in the Optional Packages below, or provide flooring on your own after the closing. Carpeting is supplied in a Berber style only.
