Beach Dreams Cottages
Beach Dreams has become the place to vacation in Wells, Maine. We have sold
200 cottages and we currently have
several units on the market for those who want to take advantage of our summer
community. Construction of Phase 2 is nearing completion and the new Lighthouse
Commons Community is underway. Take a look at what we have to offer now and you could
be enjoying the summer at your very own cottage just minutes from the beach.
We still have space available in some of our quaint villages in which to
situate your choice of cottage. Our cottage models include updated Sand Dollar and Star Fish
cottages that offer you additional amenities and comfort. Our Sea Horse and
Neptune Dreams cottage models offer an
economical choice without sacrificing amenities.
With more floor plans and option packages to choose from, you can acquire the summer cottage that will give you decades of
enjoyment for you and your family. Our designs all include two bedrooms, one full bathroom, spacious family
rooms, kitchen/dining areas and sun rooms and three season porches.
Other amenities include:
- Bright, cheery kitchens with state-of-the-art
appliances, solid oak cabinets, and choice of flooring colors or
hardwood floor as an option;
- Large selection of kitchen and bathroom countertop colors. We
now also offer granite countertops;
- Berber carpet in living room, hallways and bedrooms
with hardwood floors as an option;
- Washer and dryer ready laundry room.

- Neptune Dreams Cottage - This cottage comes with either a front or side
entry and will accommodate a patio or deck, depending on the site conditions and

our most economical offering and comes standard with a 100 square foot deck or patio for relaxing,
sunning or entertaining (option depends on the site conditions and location). This model offers a
spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath.
